Annual General Meeting 2025
The annual general meeting of Aker ASA will be held on April 30, 2025, at 11:00h. The general meeting will be held as a digital meeting only (in Norwegian) without physical attendance for shareholders.

In accordance with Norwegian regulations, companies with nominee-registered shares are required to disclose information about beneficial owners of such shares.
